Mean Green Tea Smoothie for Weight Loss

This is a lean, mean green tea smoothie chock full of nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants. Made with freshly brewed green tea, and naturally sweetened with organic raw honey, it’s quick to bring together, tastes amazingly good, great for weight loss, and is a fantastic way to start off your day. I’m betting that your mornings have never tasted quite as delicious as this!

  • 2 cups of freshly brewed green tea
  • 1 cup of sliced green apples
  • 1 cup of sliced peaches
  • 1 cup of sliced bananas
  • ½ cup sliced cucumbers
  • ½ cup of grape tomatoes
  • 2 cups of kale leaves
  • ½ cup of organic raw honey
  • 1 ½ cups of ice


  1. Brew green tea as you slice and prepare the fruits and vegetables.
  2. Combine green tea, cucumbers, peaches, bananas, grape tomatoes, kale, green apples, honey and ice in your blender.
  3. Pulse until you get a homogeneous liquid. (If mixture is too thick, add a bit more green tea. If mixture is too liquid add a little bit more banana).
  4. Serve cold. Drink immediately.
