Homemade Honey Roasted Peanuts

These honey-roasted peanuts are a cinch to make, a deliciously healthy snack to munch on, and take just 30 minutes from start to finish. Made with raw honey and a generous pinch of salt, they’re crunchy, naturally sweet and just the right amount of salty!

Ingredients

For Salad:
  • 2 cups of peanuts (skins removed)
  • 4 tablespoons of raw honey
  • 1 ½ teaspoon of table salt

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 300 deg. Fahrenheit (150 deg. Celsius) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small saucepan, bring honey to a boil, then let cook for 2 minutes before removing from heat.
  3. Pour peanuts in the saucepan with the honey and mix well until peanuts are evenly coated with honey.
  4. Place honey-coated peanuts on the parchment-lined baking sheet in a single layer, spreading them out, and then sprinkling salt over the peanuts evenly.
  5. Roast peanuts for 20 minutes, using a spatula to flip them over ever 5 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Once fully roasted, remove peanuts from parchment paper immediately and place in an airtight container.
