For the Brussels Sprouts
- 1 1/2 pounds Brussels sprouts
- 1 1/2 tablespoons melted organic virgin coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons Himalayan sea salt
- 3 large cloves garlic, sliced
For the sauce
- 1 tablespoon raw honey
- Juice of 2 limes
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3/4 teaspoon grated ginger
